Unassuming and nestled into the Lorne landscape, only a few hundred meters from the town centre, Kiara is as understated as it is exceptional. The soft external rendering, modest entry and surrounding bush landscape give away very little on arrival. Stepping onto the upper balcony Kiara reveals herself as a spacious charming and somewhat chic renovated beach home. The oversized deck boasting ocean and treetop views, serves as entry point to the main open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Timber floors and ceiling, full length windows, soft contemporary furnishings and simple artworks combine to create a warm relaxed environment.

Split level and overlooking this space are three double bedrooms, one fully en suited and a main bathroom. All bedrooms are well appointed and offer plenty of space to spread out. A timber staircase descends the main living room to the lower level. A second living room, three further bedrooms, main bathroom and powder room reveal themselves in true tardis fashion.

While vehicle access is off Polwarth road, foot traffic has a direct line into town via steps that run beside Kiara.
