It is time to shine. Lighthouse lovers from far and wide are invited to rug up, enjoy a mulled wine to celebrate 170 years of the Beacon of Hope at Cape Otway Lighthouse at 6:00pm sharp on Saturday 18 August. Having been decommissioned since 1994 it is exciting to have permission from AMSA to turn on the light. There will be a bonfire, live music, mulled wine, curries, coffee and cake ghost tours and story telling. Free entry, however, limited numbers will be able to climb the tower so book your spot now. General admission tickets provide access to the grounds and entertainment only. No tower access available, however there are viewing platforms throughout the site to experience this magical once in a lifetime wonder. Entry is free, please book tickets online.
