We have been using Great Ocean Road Real Estate to manage our apartment at the Chalet since we purchased the property off the plan from Mirvac over ten years ago. Matt and his team does an excellent job of managing the apartment for holiday lettings and their ability to check the credentials of guests is spot on - we have never had any issues with guests creating problems with noise or damage.
There have been several occasions where we have had to organise a delivery (new washing machine, dryer etc) and Matt has taken delivery of these items for us as well and made sure the installation was done properly.
Matt and his team know the Lorne market and have always kept us up to date about rental rates and demand. We have recommended Lorne Real Estate to other owners at the Chalet and will continue to do so in the future.

Really loved our time in Anglesea. The staff at Great Ocean Road Holidays were so lovely to deal with from beginning to end.
We even managed to lock ourselves out of the property and they were at there within minutes to let us in. We will be booking our next get away through them 100%!
