This privately owned holiday home is to be treated with care and respect at all times. Parties and events are not permitted, and guests are asked to observe quiet hours to maintain the peaceful surroundings.
Guests may enjoy the fireplace and BBQ, ensuring they are used safely and cleaned after use. The home is two-storey with stairs, offers off-street parking for up to three vehicles, and is strictly non-smoking indoors. Guests are responsible for any damages, and additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively untidy.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8 am.
